Mitchell Brandtman joins the Herron Todd White Group

Mitchell Brandtman is pleased to announce that it is joining the Herron Todd White (HTW) Group, Australia’s leading provider of independent property valuation, data insights and advisory solutions.

The acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for both Herron Todd White and Mitchell Brandtman, bringing together two established Australian property businesses with complementary expertise and a shared commitment to independence, technical excellence and client service.

Welcoming the announcement, Herron Todd White Chief Executive Officer Peter Maloney said the acquisition broadens the group’s capability across the property lifecycle and supports its strategy of diversifying revenue into new markets that support the broader property advisory industry.

“Mitchell Brandtman has built a strong reputation over more than 55 years, delivering quantity surveying and construction advisory services to financial institutions, developers, government, insurers, legal professionals and corporate clients,” Mr Maloney said.

“The acquisition adds a new pillar to the HTW Group; with specialist quantity surveying, construction and development consulting expertise, complementing our existing valuation and advisory offering.”

“Mitchell Brandtman’s expertise in cost planning, financier quantity surveying, infrastructure and construction advisory will sit adjacent to Herron Todd White’s residential, commercial, agribusiness, government and institutional valuation and advisory services.”

For Mitchell Brandtman, joining the HTW Group provides access to greater national scale and broader property expertise, while creating new opportunities for the business, its people and clients.

Managing Director of Mitchell Brandtman Michael Ivey said joining Herron Todd White represents a new chapter for Mitchell Brandtman, its team and its clients.

“Herron Todd White shares our commitment to independent, technical excellence and client-first service,” Mr Ivey said.

Mitchell Brandtman’s brand will continue unchanged, with clients continuing to receive the same service and solutions they are accustomed to.

As part of the HTW Group, Mitchell Brandtman will continue to build on its established quantity surveying and construction advisory capability, while gaining access to HTW’s extensive national property expertise, data insights, technology and advisory services.

The combination creates a broader national capability across the property and construction lifecycle and provides a strong platform for Mitchell Brandtman’s continued growth.

For Mitchell Brandtman, it is an exciting next chapter that builds on the strength of its people, expertise and client relationships, while creating new opportunities for its clients and team.
